This page explains what Green Rodent Chino Hills collects when you visit greenrodentchinohills.com, call us, or send us a form, what we do with it, and the choices California law gives you. We wrote it in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, call (909) 281 7828 and ask.
Effective date: October 1, 2026. This policy takes effect on that date and replaces any earlier version. When we change it, we update the date and describe the change in the Changes to this policy section below.
Green Rodent Chino Hills is a rodent only company based at 14738 Pipeline Ave #555, Chino Hills, CA 91709. We are part of the Green Rodent Restoration brand. This website describes our rodent control in Chino Hills and the eighteen nearby cities we drive to from that office. We handle rats, mice, exclusion, attic and crawl space cleanup, insulation, restoration, and commercial rodent work, and nothing else.
For anything in this policy, we are the business responsible for your information. You can reach us at (909) 281 7828, by email at info@greenrodentchinohills.com, or by mail at the address above.
We collect information in two ways: what you give us, and what your browser sends when you open a page.
We do not ask for your Social Security number, your date of birth, or any financial account number on this website. If we ever need a payment, we collect it at the job or through an invoice, never through a page on this site.
Every use comes back to one of these reasons:
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with other companies so they can advertise to you. The people and services that do see your information are the ones we need to run the business:
If the business is ever sold or merged, customer records would go to the new owner under the same rules in this policy.
The site itself sets no cookies to track you. The cookies you will see come from Google Analytics, from the Google map in the footer of every page, and from the Trustindex widget on the homepage and the reviews page. None of them are needed to read the site or to send us a form.
You can limit them in a few ways. Your browser can block or delete cookies in its settings. Google offers a browser extension that stops Google Analytics from collecting data on any site. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your data. We do not sell or share personal information today, so the signal asks for something we already do.
The phone number on every page is a plain click to call link. Clicking it opens your phone app and records an event in Analytics. It does not send your number anywhere until you place the call yourself.
We answer the phone ourselves from 7am to 11pm every day. After 11pm the line goes to voicemail and we call back in the morning. We are not a 24 hour company.
If we text you, it is about your request or a visit you scheduled, for example to confirm a time. We do not send marketing texts to people who only filled out a form. Your carrier’s message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and we stop.
We do not record a call without telling you at the start of that call. If a call is recorded, the recording is used to get the details of your job right and is kept with the job record.
Form submissions and call notes that never turn into a job are kept only as long as we need them to follow up, then deleted. Records for completed jobs, including the written plan, photos of the building and invoices, are kept for as long as California tax and business rules require, and then deleted. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account. Server logs roll over on our host’s normal schedule.
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives California residents specific rights over personal information. Some of those rules only apply to businesses above a certain size. We may fall below those thresholds, but we honor the requests below either way, because it is the right way to treat a neighbor.
To make a request, call (909) 281 7828, email info@greenrodentchinohills.com, or write to us at 14738 Pipeline Ave #555, Chino Hills, CA 91709. We will confirm it is you by matching the name, phone number and address we already have, and we will not ask for anything more than we need to do that. You can also have someone make the request for you if they show us written permission from you. We answer in the time California law allows, which is generally 45 days.
This site is for homeowners, tenants and business owners. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
The site is served over HTTPS. Form data is emailed to our office inbox and sent to Workiz. Both limit access to the people in our office who need it. Access to our own devices and accounts is limited to the same people. No system is perfect, so if we ever learn that your information was exposed, we will tell you as California law requires.
This site links to Google Maps for directions, to our Google review profile, and to the Green Rodent Restoration brand site. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we do not control what they collect.
When we change this policy, we post the new version here, update the effective date at the top, and summarize the change in this section. If a change affects how we use information you already gave us, we will contact you first by phone or email.
Using this website is also covered by our Terms of Use, which explain how requests, quotes and the content on these pages work.
Call (909) 281 7828 between 7am and 11pm any day, email info@greenrodentchinohills.com, or visit us by appointment at 14738 Pipeline Ave #555, Chino Hills, CA 91709. We speak English and Spanish.
Call and tell us what you hear. A real person answers from 7am to 11pm every day, and the first call is a conversation, not a sales pitch.
