These terms cover your use of greenrodentchinohills.com. They are written in plain language on purpose. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site, and call (909) 281 7828 instead.
Effective date: October 1, 2026. These terms take effect on that date and replace any earlier version.
Green Rodent Chino Hills operates this website. Our office is at 14738 Pipeline Ave #555, Chino Hills, CA 91709, and we are part of the Green Rodent Restoration brand. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Green Rodent Chino Hills, and “you” means the person using the site.
The site describes our rodent work and lets you ask for an inspection. It covers our rodent control in Chino Hills and the eighteen nearby cities we serve. It is here to inform you and to start a conversation. It is not a contract for service.
Reading the site or sending a form does not create a service agreement. Work starts only after an inspection, a written quote and your approval of that quote. If anything on this site differs from your written quote or service agreement, the written document controls.
When you send a form, call us or email us, you are asking us to contact you about your request. We may reply by phone, text message or email at the number or address you gave us. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of buying anything, and you can tell us to stop at any time.
Please give us accurate information, and only ask for service at a property you own, rent or manage, or where you have permission to ask. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with the details you send.
We are open from 7am to 11pm every day. We are not a 24 hour company, so messages that arrive outside those hours are answered the next morning. We serve nineteen cities from our Chino Hills office, listed on our service areas page. Scheduling depends on availability, and we may decline a job that is outside our area or outside the rodent work we do.
The inspection and the estimate are free. Prices are not listed on this site because every building is different. The price for a job is the one in your written quote.
Every home we rodent proof and seal gets a warranty on that work. The terms of that warranty are the ones in your service paperwork. A general statement on this website describes how we work and is not a warranty by itself.
We work to keep the site accurate, but it is general information. It cannot account for your building and it does not replace an inspection. It is not medical, legal or safety advice. If you think you have been exposed to rodent waste and feel unwell, contact a doctor.
Photos and pictures on the site show examples of the kind of work we do and the conditions we find. They are there to explain the work and are not a record of a particular customer’s property.
The reviews shown on this site are Google reviews, displayed through a service called Trustindex. We do not write them or edit them. They are the opinions of the people who wrote them.
You agree not to misuse the site. In plain terms:
The text, layout, logo and name on this site belong to Green Rodent Chino Hills or to the brand we are part of. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, sell or republish them without our written permission. Other names and logos, such as Google, belong to their owners.
The site uses services from other companies, including Google Maps, Google Analytics and the Trustindex reviews widget, and it links to sites we do not run. Those services and sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for what they do or publish.
We provide this website as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the website itself, including that it will always be available, free of errors or free of harmful code. This section is about the website only. It does not change any warranty in your written service agreement.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that come from using this website or relying on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law, and nothing here limits what we owe you under a written service agreement for work we actually perform.
If you misuse the site in a way that breaks these terms, and that causes us a loss or a claim from someone else, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result.
We may update these terms as the site or the law changes. When we do, we post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about them, or about your use of the site, will be heard in the state or federal courts that serve San Bernardino County, California, unless a consumer protection law gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.
